INSTRUCTIONS

10 REPS/EXERCISE = 1 CIRCUIT
PERFORM 5 CIRCUITS

This SandBell Quick Body Blast workout is exactly as it sounds; a challenging, full-body workout designed to blast your muscular and your cardiovascular systems and supercharge your metabolism.

It combines five of the best compound movements into one high-intensity circuit style workout using the SandBell as the perfect tool for the job.

EXERCISES

1. FRONT SQUAT

• Stand upright holding SandBell against upper chest with arms crossed in front
• Squat, push hips back and down, bending at the knees
• Push into feet and return upright to the start position


2. OVERHEAD PRESS

• Hold SandBell at chest height in both hands
• Press SandBells up overhead, extending arms fully
• Lower back to the start position


3. SHOULDERING SLAM

• Hold SandBell in both hands on one shoulder
• Lift SandBell off shoulder and slam it down onto floor between feet as you dip into a squat
• Lift SandBell off floor and up onto opposite shoulder
• Repeat, switching shoulders each rep


4. PUSH UP

• Start in the top of a push up position with one hand on SandBell
• Lower body down to where chest nearly touches floor
• Push back up to top position with arms fully extended


5. RIBBON

• Hold SandBell in both hands at outside of one knee
• Raise SandBell up across body and over opposite shoulder
• Rotate SandBell around back of head then down in front across body to outside of opposite knee
• Repeat in reverse direction
