BUILD WITH EVERY STEP
RUCKING
Rucking is simply walking with added weight—and one of the easiest ways to build full-body strength. The Hyper Ruck and our adjustable ruck plates make it easy, and weighted vests give you another sleek option for rucking.
BENEFITS OF RUCKING
WHY IT WORKS
BUILD STRENGTH & ENDURANCE
Load-bearing movement challenges your muscles and cardiovascular system at once, helping you develop functional strength, stamina, and everyday resilience.
IMPROVE POSTURE & CORE STABILITY
A well-balanced, form-fitting weighted vest or ruck plate activates your core and supports an upright posture—especially on longer distances or uneven terrain.
BOOST JOINT & BONE HEALTH
Weight-bearing activity stimulates stronger bones and supports long-term mobility, making rucking a joint-friendly way to build density over time.
BURN MORE CALORIES—WITHOUT MORE SPEED
Rucking increases your heart rate and muscle engagement naturally, helping you burn more calories even at a comfortable walking pace.

Comfortable & Well Built
I have only used my Hyper Ruck a few times (maybe 4) because I just got it but it is everything I expected and more. Did a 4-mile walk today with 26 lbs and it was more comfortable than I thought it would be. I am also really happy with the build quality - the materials seem very durable and the stitching is very well done. So far I am very satisfied with this product.
Very happy Aussie
I ordered the Hyper Ruck here in Sydney Australia and I received it from the US in 1 week. I'm not even sure how they managed that. Excellent service. I've been out with the Hyper Ruck over 6 times now and it is everything I expected. Very sturdy and quite comfortable. The only issue I have is some rubbing on my lower back mainly on one side which I think is due to the 9kg Yes4All plate that I use being too narrow compared to the ruck compartment. It doesn't stay centered. I will cut a pool noodle and attach it to the sides to see if this resolves the problem. But I am delighted with the ruck itself.
Great hiking pack
Great hiking pack. The weight feels very comfortably supported across shoulders/chest/core and it has room for water along with the weight plates.
High quality, lower cost - beats GoRuck!
I had been looking for a high quality ruck that didn't cost a fortune for a long time. Super happy with this one! Seems very well made, well padded, excellent compartments for plates with HUGE velcro straps over the top. Honestly beats GoRuck in my opinion.
