Wearable Cooling for Mild Cold Exposure

Cool2Shape brings mild cold exposure into a wearable format using reusable phase change material—or PCM—cooling inserts with a phase-change temperature of 15°C / 59°F.. The adjustable stretch-neoprene garments hold the inserts close to your body.

Choose the vest, waist wrap, arm-wrap pair or leg-wrap pair.

  • 15°C / 59°F PCM technology: Cooling inserts absorb heat as the phase change material melts.
  • Reusable inserts: Recharge the inserts by cooling them until solid, following the supplied instructions.
  • Adjustable fit: Stretch-neoprene garments with hook-and-loop fastening.
  • Choice of coverage: Vest, waist wrap, arm-wrap pair and leg-wrap pair, sold separately.

Fit: Adjustable, one size fits most. Fit depends on body measurements and the garment selected.

Cooling technology: Reusable phase change material inserts.

Attachment: Hook-and-loop fastening.

Cooling duration: Varies with ambient temperature, activity, fit and insert preparation.

  1. Prepare the inserts: Follow the supplied instructions. Lay the inserts flat while cooling them until solid.
  2. Attach the inserts: Secure the hook side of each insert to the loop fabric inside the garment. On the vest, keep the shoulder-strap area clear.
  3. Adjust the garment: Fasten it for a secure, comfortable fit.
  4. Follow the wear instructions: Use the preparation and wear guidance supplied with your product. Remove the garment if cooling becomes uncomfortable.
  5. Recharge for reuse: Cool the inserts again according to their instructions once the PCM has melted.

How Cool2Shape™ Works

Cool2Shape uses reusable PCM inserts to absorb body heat as their contents change from solid to liquid. The stretch-neoprene vest and wraps hold the inserts in place for wearable cooling.

The inserts have a phase-change temperature of 15°C / 59°F. This describes the cooling material’s melting temperature; it does not mean an insert taken directly from a freezer is already at that temperature. Prepare and use the inserts according to the supplied instructions.

Cold Exposure and Brown Fat

Brown adipose tissue, commonly called brown fat, uses energy to generate heat. Human research has shown that cold exposure can activate brown fat and that repeated exposure can increase its activity under studied conditions.

Cool2Shape was designed to provide mild cold exposure in a wearable format. Responses to cold exposure vary, and brown-fat activation should not be interpreted as a guarantee of weight loss.

Cool2Shape and the ECO 2026 Research

Researchers presented preliminary findings at ECO 2026 reporting reduced fat mass after six weeks of daily cold exposure. INUTEQ confirmed that Cool2Shape was used. We have not yet verified publication of the full paper, and the findings do not establish an expected weight-loss result for an individual customer.

In order to receive a warranty exchange customer must be original purchaser with proof of purchase- second hand requests will not be approved.  Gifted items must have proof of purchase.

Love this vest, it's easy to use and it keeps me cool while cutting lawn . I put the sheets of cubes into the freezer and when frozen I stick them on to the vest and off I go. It kept me pretty cool the whole time. It's very comfortable and light weight. I love it a lot it was exactly what I was looking for. Good quality and quick delivery.
