Unstable, shifting sand, handles and neoprene combine to activate stabilizer muscles and test grip strength unlike other free weights. Does my Hyperwear SandBell Sandbag System come with sand? Our workout sandbag uses the Hyperwear SandBell for filler bags. We sell SandBells that are pre-filled with clean, dust free sand sourced in the USA. Our patented SandBell is designed to be leak-free even when slammed. Do not add sand or any other fill material directly into your sandbag shell. This will cause leaking, damage to your zipper and will not be covered by our warranty. We offer an option of purchasing empty SandBells at a lower price and lower shipping cost. To fill the SandBells you will need to purchase clean, dry masonry sand and a funnel to fill.
Can I change the assortment of SandBells bundled with my Hyperwear Sandbag System purchase? We are not offering the sandbags alone as a standard product. They are sized to fit assortments of SandBells that do not exceed the capacity of the sandbag. Over-stuffing the sandbag will cause damage not covered by our warranty. The Hyperwear sandbag is also not designed to be directly filled with sand which will leak from the zipper and damage the zipper. SteelBells can be used but are twice as dense. You can exceed the weight limits of your bag and damage will not be covered. You can contact sales@hyperwear if you want to special order empty sandbags knowing these limitations.
How do I clean my Hyperwear sandbag? Unlike other workout sandbags, you should not see any sand inside that needs to be cleaned out. Just maintain your SandBells and make sure not to accidently puncture or cut them. The Hyperwear sandbag material has a water resistant PU coating. You can clean the outside with a damp cloth and use a mild disinfectant cleaner as needed. We recommend Odoban.
What exercises can I do with a Hyperwear Sandbag System? Because you have both a single heavy weight workout sandbag with handles, and multiple filler SandBells, there are endless possibilities. Check out our Hyperfit workouts and youtube. We are adding Sandbag System workout content all the time.

Hyperwear products are designed to last with proper use and handling. We stand by our products so should you experience a defect or unusual wear and tear please reach out.

We warranty our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 24 months from date of purchase. With proof of purchase your exclusive remedy under this warranty is that we will replace (one-time replacement), without charge* Hyperwear products purchased on Hyperwear.com, Amazon or other authorized seller site. In order to receive a warranty exchange customer must be original purchaser with proof of purchase- second hand requests will not be approved. Gifted items must have proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to any unit which we determine has been subjected to abuse, alteration, neglect or misuse such as damage caused by sharp objects, rough and abrasive surfaces or mishandling according to our care and use guide. Punctures and tears are not covered under our general warranty. All returns/exchanges will have a $14.95 shipping label fee. If you prefer to send your items at your own expense, please contact our customer service so we can provide you with the necessary return form.

For returns or exchanges through Amazon, Rogue or other site please contact reseller point of purchase to initiate. *Orders placed from November 1st - December 31st have an extended return period of 90 days.
