At Hyperwear, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned—maybe the fit isn’t right, or you just need to swap something out. No sweat! We’ve made our return process simple, straightforward, and fair.

Below is everything you need to know.

Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our gear. If your purchase isn’t working for you, we offer returns and exchanges on unused items purchased from Hyperwear.com with proof of purchase within 60 days of receipt. Once approved, you have up to 30 days to return the item to us. 

For exchanges, we’re happy to exchange sizes and/or color. If you’d like a different product altogether, please follow our return process and place a new order for the item you want.

**Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1st - December 31st get an extended return window of 90 days.

Return & Exchange Costs

  • Flat-Rate Fee: All returns/exchanges will have a $14.95 shipping label fee. If you prefer to send your items at your own expense, please contact our customer service so we can provide you with the necessary return form.
  • Local Returns: If you decide to return in-person at our Austin, Texas location, we will happily waive the shipping label fee. Please see below for our hours of operation and exact address.
  • Heavy Items: If your return weighs over 80lbs, contact customer service for further instructions.
  • Warranty Claims: If your item qualifies under warranty, we’ll cover the shipping costs. See below for more information on how to submit a warranty claim.

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 24-month warranty* against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. More information regarding what we cover and the process can be found directly below.

*12-month warranty for the following items: Hyper Vest PRO Weight Vest, Super Bands, Resistance Loop Bands, Resistance Tube Bands

what we cover...

  1. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (if there’s an issue on our end, we’ll make it right).
  2. Coverage applies to original purchasers with a valid proof of purchase from Hyperwear.com, Amazon, Rogue, or any authorized reseller (if you’ve got the receipt, we’ve got you covered)

NOT COVERED

  1. Normal wear & tear (because crushing workouts means putting in work) 
  2. Misuse, sharp/abrasive damage (treat your gear right, and it’ll do the same for you) 
  3. Secondhand items or purchases from unauthorized reseller.

A FEW MORE THINGS TO NOTE

  • Keep your tracking number: Hyperwear isn’t responsible for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. 
  • Amazon & Third-Party Purchases: If you bought from Amazon, Rogue, or another authorized seller, initiate your return directly with them. If they need our help, we’ll step in to assist.
  • Bundled Products: These must be returned as a whole—no partial refunds. Examples: ELITE vest bundles, Sandbag Systems, SoftBell sets.
  • Shipping Costs & Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and some international tax fees may not be refunded.
  • International Customers: Returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense, but we credit $14.95 to help offset the return shipping costs.
  • Sales & Discounts: Promo codes and discounts aren’t retroactive, and coupons apply to full-price items only.
