When selecting a weighted vest, consider the type of exercise you plan to do, the intensity of your workouts, and how much weight you’d like to carry. Below is a quick overview of our four vests, each optimized for different goals—from high-intensity endurance and functional training to everyday walking and bone strengthening, and even advanced rucking.
SUMMARY
- ELITE: Go for it if you crave intense, high-performance workouts
- PRO: Ideal if you want a lighter, more casual way to stay fit and strong
- FIT: Perfect for women seeking to boost bone health in a comfortable, everyday style
- TAC: Select this if you need heavier resistance and advanced, tactical-level training
---DETAILS OF EACH VEST BELOW---
THE ELITE
Ready to take your training to the highest level? The ELITE Vest is engineered for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who thrive on intense cardio, endurance, and functional workouts. Constructed with advanced USA-patented stretch CORDURA® fabric, it offers a snug, breathable fit that doesn’t compromise mobility or comfort.
- Patented Stretch Technology: Durable CORDURA® with two-way expansion for reduced bounce
- Precise Weight Adjustments: Pre-loaded at 10 lbs; add or remove quarter-inch thick, 2.25 oz steel weights
- Built for Intensity: Reflective strips add safety for low-light training, while breathable fabric keeps you comfortable
THE PRO
Looking to add an extra challenge to your everyday activities? The PRO Vest is perfect for those who want a balanced approach to fitness—think brisk walks, light workouts, or daily chores with a little more oomph. It offers the same patented stretch fabric and adjustable weights, but in a slim design that’s easy to wear under or over your clothing.
- Slim Profile: Patented side cords and front zipper for a sleek, low-bulk fit
- Breathable & Comfortable: Zyflex two way stretch fabric keeps you feeling cool and mobile (twice the stretch as the ELITE, slightly less durable)
- Comfort: Offers more comfort with its Zyflex fabric, providing twice the stretch and breathability compared to the Elite's CORDURA® fabric (PRO is better suited for hot weather climates)
THE FIT
Want a gentle, supportive boost for bone health and daily activity? The FIT Vest is designed especially for women—particularly those concerned about osteopenia or osteoporosis—and provides a comfortable way to increase resistance during walks, hikes, gardening, and other moderate activities. Its contoured, women-specific shape offers a flattering fit while helping you stay active for better bone density and overall wellness.
- Women-Specific Contour: No weight pockets in chest area, and boxier fit all around
- Up to 10 lbs of Resistance: Includes 20 half-pound weights made from recycled USA steel
- Lightweight & Breathable: CORDURA® fabric ensures airflow and durability
THE TAC
Aiming for next-level intensity or tactical-style training? The TAC Vest is built to handle loads of up to 40 lbs, making it ideal for advanced rucking, tactical workouts, and heavy-duty functional training. With patent-pending flexible weight plates filled with recycled USA steel shot, you’ll get top-tier performance without sacrificing comfort or mobility.

SandBell — The OG
This is where it all started.
We didn’t just make a sand weight—we invented the category. The SandBell is the patented original, and it’s still crushing workouts everywhere. Why? Because it’s one wildly versatile beast.
- Combines the best of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and slam balls
- Pre-filled with clean, sustainable USA-sourced sand
- Dust-free, drop-proof, and slam-friendly
- Perfect for indoor or outdoor workouts
Whether you're flipping it, swinging it, or slamming it into the floor like a warrior, the SandBell meets you at every fitness level. It's soft, safe, and seriously fun—your joints will thank you. Coach says: “Grab one and go—no assembly, no excuses. This is functional fitness made simple.”
SandBell PRO – Tougher, Grippier, PRO-ified
The SandBell PRO is the hardcore evolution of the original. Built for the high-volume movers, bootcamp bosses, and studio slayers. You know who you are.
- Reinforced neoprene shell = extra durability
- Textured surface = better grip (even when you’re dripping sweat)
- Neon trim = because bold effort deserves bold gear
Same size and shape as the OG, just built to withstand your grittiest, grindiest, most sweat-drenched sessions.
Coach says: “You go harder. So does your gear. PRO means no limits.”
SteelBell- Heavyweight in a Smaller Package
Need serious weight without the bulk? The SteelBell is your iron-willed companion. It’s filled with recycled steel shot, which is 3x denser than sand. That means more resistance, less fluff.
- Compact but crazy heavy—50 lbs of steel fits where 40 lbs of sand can't
- Eco-conscious and packed with recycled steel shot
- Smaller footprint = easier storage and travel
- Great for slams, tosses, and functional training
It moves differently too—more fluid, more challenge, more muscle activation. SteelBell brings the grind in a sleeker, stealthier way.
Coach says: “Small in size, massive in power. This one doesn’t mess around.”
All three are dust-free, soft-sided, and slam-approved, making them not just joint-friendly, but rehab-friendly too. Whether you’re a fitness newbie, a performance pro, or coming back from injury, there’s a Bell with your name on it.
Whether you're grinding through a workout, performing under pressure, or hustling through a long shift, the CoolOver™ Advanced Cooling Vest is your personal A/C system—no power cord required. Designed with five different cooling temps, this high-performance vest lets you dial in the chill based on what your day (or your body) demands. From fast, fierce cool-downs to long-lasting relief, CoolOver™ has your back—literally.
Choose Your Chill Level:
- 🟠 Orange (6.5°C / 44°F): Sideline savior. Great for explosive bursts of activity or post-game cool-downs—think 45 minutes of icy recovery.
- 🔵 Aqua (15°C / 59°F): Built for recovery zones and outdoor performers—keeps the cool flowing for up to 2 hours.
- 🟡 Yellow (21°C / 70°F): Perfect for healthcare heroes, mascots, and anyone needing steady relief for up to 3 hours.
- ⚪️ White (24°C / 75°F): Trusted by F1 drivers and endurance athletes—go longer with up to 4 hours of chill during moderate exertion.
- 🔴 Red (29°C / 84°F): For the real heat warriors—first responders, welders, firefighters. Keeps you cool under serious pressure for 4.5 hours.
- Each vest activates when frozen below its target temp, then melts gradually to cool you down.
- Warmer = less intense chill but lasts longer.
- Colder = faster cooling but shorter duration.
Coach says: “Need a rapid cool-down after a killer session? Go Orange. Working a concert, theme park shift, or on-duty under heavy gear? Red’s your MVP. Train smart. Cool smarter.”
Our Hyper Rope Weighted Battle Ropes come in two options:
- Standard: 20 ft | 15 lb
- Elite: 25 ft | 19 lb
Once unraveled, the length difference is barely noticeable (about 2.5 feet), so the real deciding factor? Weight. Go with the one that fits your current strength level—or the one that gives you something to grow into.
And here’s the kicker: these ropes are designed to be used unanchored. That means more freedom, more core engagement, and a whole new level of challenge. Learn to control the rope, and it’ll return the favor tenfold.
Coach says: “Pick the weight that fires you up—not the one that burns you out. Control is the name of the game.”
Osteoporosis*
Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, with regard to your specific health care needs.
Osteoporosis is a condition that gradually weakens bones, making them more fragile and prone to fractures—even from minor movements like bending or light impact. The areas most often affected include the hips, spine, and wrists.
Bones are constantly renewing themselves through a natural process of breakdown and rebuilding. Osteoporosis develops when the body loses bone mass faster than it can replace it, leading to reduced bone strength over time.
Yes! Weight-bearing activity using a weighted vest has been shown to improve bone density. The extra resistance from the vest stimulates bone growth when combined with regular movement and exercise. Click on our step by step guide to using a vest to build bone density here.
Recommended activities include:
- Walking (especially on stairs or inclines)
- Step-ups
- Squats
- Standing balance exercises

Weighted vests used for osteoporosis treatment may be eligible for reimbursement through Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA), but eligibility depends on various factors such as your specific plan and medical condition.
Here are some considerations to keep in mind:
1. Medical Necessity: For a weighted vest to qualify for reimbursement, it must be considered medically necessary to treat a condition like osteoporosis. A prescription or written recommendation from your healthcare provider is typically required.
2. Prescription/Recommendation: Ensure you obtain a prescription or recommendation from your healthcare provider, specifying the weighted vest as part of your treatment plan for osteoporosis.
3. Plan Requirements: Each FSA/HSA administrator has different rules regarding eligible expenses. Contact your plan administrator to verify if a weighted vest qualifies for reimbursement and to understand the required documentation.
4. Supporting Documentation: Keep all necessary records, including your prescription, purchase receipts, and any other relevant documentation, to support your reimbursement claim.
5. Submission Process: You may need to pay for the vest upfront and then submit your claim to your FSA or HSA plan administrator for reimbursement. Be sure to keep all receipts and records of your purchase.
6. Savings: By using HSA/FSA funds, you can save approximately 20-30%, depending on your tax bracket, effectively lowering the out-of-pocket cost of Hyper Vests or other eligible products.
Net Cost Per Pound Comparison (Assuming a 30% Tax Bracket for Aion Gear and Omorpho):
| Vest Name | List Price | Weight | Price Per Pound (Net Cost)|
|--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| Aion Gear Min | $399 | 7 lbs | $57.00 (List Price)
| Aion Gear Max | $429 | 12.52 lbs | $34.26 (List Price)
| Omorpho Min | $269 | 3 lbs | $89.66 (List Price)
| Omorpho Max | $309 | 10 lbs | $30.90 (List Price)
| Hyper Vest FIT | $114.99 | 10 lbs | $11.49 (List Price)
| Hyper Vest ELITE* | $329.99 | 20 lbs | $16.49 (List Price)
| Hyper Vest PRO | $209.99 | 10 lbs | $20.99 (List Price)
Key Takeaways:
- Hyper Vest FIT provides the lowest cost per pound at $11.49, making it the most affordable option.
- Even with tax savings, Aion Gear and Omorpho vests remain significantly more expensive per pound compared to the Hyper Vest options.
- You can still save on **Hyper Vests** using HSA/FSA funds by following the necessary steps outlined in the FAQ above.
Please note that eligibility rules can change over time, and they may vary between different FSA and HSA plan administrators. It's essential to contact your specific plan administrator and consult with your healthcare provider to determine whether a weighted vest for osteoporosis treatment qualifies as an eligible expense in your particular situation. Always follow the guidance provided by your healthcare provider and your plan administrator to ensure compliance with IRS regulations.]
