Unlike traditional rigid ruck plates, these adjustable flexible ruck plates allow you to customize the weight to suit your fitness level and goals. Whether you're rucking, hiking, or engaging in high-intensity military training, these weights will help you build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health.

All three of our plates will fit in our Hyper Ruck rucking backpack and our Hyper Vest TAC heavy weighted vest. The 10 lb Green and 9 lb Blue plates will fit in the plate compartments of many third-party rucking backpacks and large plate carrier weight vests. All size plates will fit in the main compartment of a backpack that is 20L or larger.

They can be used in the main compartment of backpacks as well as plate sleeves and main compartment of the Hyper Ruck which has recommended maximum capacity of 60lbs. The Hyper Vest TAC weighted vest holds a max of 40lbs.

What is the recommended starting weight and maximum weight for rucking? For beginners, it is recommended to start with a weight that is about 10% of your body weight. The maximum recommended weight for rucking is typically 30% of your body weight.
