All free shipping orders are subject to a weight limit of 80 lbs, a purchase price over $39 unless otherwise stated and locations within the continental US to regular shipping addresses- does not include PO Box or APO or similar addresses. Orders above 80 lbs require a freight quotation and our acceptance of your order is conditioned on your agreement to pay for shipping. This includes all orders placed within 48 hours with the same shipping address. No splitting of orders is allowed. Free shipping is always limited to the continental United States and the carrier and method HW chooses.  Free shipping option listed as FedEx Ground- all other methods do not quality for free shipping conditions.  Hyperwear is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.  Please allow up to several business days for delivery after FEDEX or other carrier confirms delivery.  With increased volume shipping carriers have been running behind but in most cases your item will be delivered. Ship to a secure location or ask about Safe Delivery to your local participating Walgreens. Hyperwear orders are packaged and shipped from Austin, TX USA and prices are listed in US dollar.

*** Hyperwear is now offering FREE Fedex One Rate 2 day shipping on most Hyper Vest orders. Select Fedex ground at checkout and shipments are estimated to be delivered within 2 days.

Hyperwear products are designed to last with proper use and handling.  We stand by our products so should you experience a defect or unusual wear and tear please reach out.  

We warranty our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 24 months from date of purchase.  With proof of purchase your exclusive remedy under this warranty is that we will replace (one-time replacement), without charge* Hyperwear products purchased on Hyperwear.com, Amazon or other authorized seller site. In order to receive a warranty exchange customer must be original purchaser with proof of purchase- second hand requests will not be approved.  Gifted items must have proof of purchase.   

This warranty does not apply to any unit which we determine has been subjected to abuse, alteration, neglect or misuse such as damage caused by sharp objects, rough and abrasive surfaces or mishandling according to our care and use guide.  Punctures and tears are not covered under our general warranty.  Please reach out to customerservice@hyperwear.com for repair guide.Please initiate your warranty request below for authorization and additional instructions.  Once approved items must be returned to Hyperwear (prepaid*) prior to any exchange product being shipped back to you.  

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once returned item is received by Hyperwear.  

TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES OR REMEDIES ARE EXCLUDED INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

*For warranty replacements outside of the US return shipping on damaged product is not covered by Hyperwear and items must be returned by the customer via a trackable method.  If new product is requested on a warranty exchange Hyperwear will pay to ship new goods to the customer.

We know that sometimes a product doesn’t work out and sometimes sizing can be a challenge, so at Hyperwear we offer a 60-day customer satisfaction policy. 

All returns/exchanges will have a $14.95 shipping label fee. If you prefer to send your items at your own expense, please contact our customer service so we can provide you with the necessary return form.

For returns or exchanges through Amazon, Rogue or other site please contact reseller point of purchase to initiate.  *Orders placed from November 1st - December 31st have an extended return period of 90 days.

Items must be returned to Hyperwear in good saleable condition and if possible in original packaging prior to the exchange product being shipped back to you or refunded.  

Please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing once returned item is received by Hyperwear.
