Fitness Content & Training Lead
Hyperwear creates innovative training gear for strength, endurance, rucking, Hybrid Race™ training, sports performance, and long-term health. We're expanding into a new HQ with 1,000 sq ft of gym and studio space — and we're looking for a Fitness Content & Training Lead to become a visible face of the brand.
About the Role
This is primarily a content creation role, with training, events, and community activation as important supporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a coach, trainer, athlete, or fitness professional with strong content creation skills. A passion for competitive hybrid racing and experience with formats such as HYROX is a plus.
You'll own the creation, editing, publishing, and day-to-day execution of Hyperwear's organic fitness content while serving as a visible ambassador for the brand. Compensation is salary based on experience and credentials, with a performance-based bonus.
What You'll Do
Content Creation (Primary Focus)
- Create, film, edit, and publish content featuring Hyperwear products
- Own day-to-day creation and publishing of Hyperwear's organic fitness content across social media
- Serve as an on-camera personality for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other media
- Create workout tutorials, product demos, training tips, gym challenges, and behind-the-scenes content
- Help customers understand how to use weighted vests, rucking gear, sandbags, resistance products, and Hybrid Race™ equipment
- Track content performance and contribute ideas to improve future content
Events & Brand Presence
- Represent Hyperwear at local workouts, races, demos, trade shows, and fitness events
- Create content from events, partnerships, and real-world training environments
- Collaborate on creator partnerships, gym activations, and local fitness initiatives
Coaching & Fitness Education
- Lead individual and group workouts in Hyperwear's training and studio space
- Demonstrate exercises safely and effectively
- Assist with workshops, demos, classes, product launches, and fitness events
What We're Looking For
- Strong fitness background in coaching, personal training, group fitness, strength training, hybrid racing, rucking, or sports performance
- Current fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, CrossFit L1, USA Weightlifting, or equivalent)
- Comfortable on camera and confident demonstrating workouts
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms
- Ability to independently film, edit, and publish content
- Self-starter who can generate ideas and execute without constant oversight
- Based in Austin or willing to relocate

- Existing presence within the Austin fitness community
- Experience working with fitness brands, gyms, or coaching businesses

Director, Commercial Sales
Hyperwear is looking for a commercial sales leader to launch and scale our proprietary Hybrid Race™ training gear into sports performance, health club, gym, coaching, and commercial fitness markets. Compensation is base salary plus performance-based bonus or commission, based on experience.
About the Role
As Director, Commercial Sales, you will lead the commercial launch of Hyperwear's new Hybrid Race™ training gear and related performance products. This role is for a builder: someone who can identify target accounts, open doors, create sales materials, run product demos, close accounts, and build a scalable sales process from the ground up.
You'll work directly with leadership, marketing, operations, and product development to position Hyperwear for growth in commercial fitness, sports performance, hybrid racing, rucking, and strength-endurance training markets. The right person is strategic and hands-on — comfortable selling directly, developing partnerships, attending events, and translating market feedback into better products and sales tools.
What You'll Do
Commercial Sales Leadership
- Lead commercial sales strategy for Hyperwear's Hybrid Race™ training gear and related performance products
- Build and manage a pipeline of sports performance facilities, health clubs, gyms, training studios, coaches, and commercial buyers
- Develop outbound sales processes, account targeting, sales scripts, follow-up systems, and reporting
- Create a repeatable commercial sales playbook that can scale beyond the first wave of accounts
- Own revenue goals, pipeline activity, close rates, account growth, and sales performance reporting
New Market Launch
- Help launch Hyperwear's proprietary Hybrid Race™ training gear into hybrid racing, functional fitness, rucking, and sports performance markets
- Identify the best early adopter accounts and partner facilities
- Develop commercial bundles, launch offers, demos, and product positioning for gyms, coaches, studios, and performance facilities
- Work with marketing to create sales collateral, product education, and case studies that support commercial buyers
- Gather feedback from coaches, gym owners, trainers, and athletes to improve product positioning and future development
Partnerships, Accounts & Channels
- Build relationships with gym owners, performance coaches, health club operators, commercial fitness buyers, and strategic accounts
- Identify opportunities with dealers, distributors, commercial fitness partners, athletic programs, and institutional buyers
- Represent Hyperwear in sales calls, demos, partner meetings, trade shows, events, and local activations
- Coordinate with operations and sales support to ensure clean order flow, accurate quotes, and a strong customer experience
- Help define pricing, account terms, bundles, and commercial sales programs
What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in commercial fitness, sports performance, health clubs, gyms, fitness equipment, or related markets
- Strong understanding of functional fitness, hybrid racing, rucking, strength training, sports performance, or gym operations
- Ability to build a sales process from the ground up rather than simply manage an existing playbook
- Comfortable with prospecting, outreach, demos, presentations, negotiation, closing, and account management
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work inside a small, fast-moving company
- Experience using CRM, sales tracking, pipeline management, or other sales operations tools
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, events, demos, trade shows, and partner activations
- Austin-based preferred; hybrid or remote considered for the right candidate

- Existing relationships with gym owners, performance coaches, commercial fitness buyers, or fitness equipment dealers
- Experience launching a new product line, new market, or new sales channel
- Experience selling commercial fitness equipment, training tools, or performance-related products
