How to Use:

Elite vest

Fits snug but comfortably. Very well made with good stitching all around. Offers a lot of flexibility in adding weights. I started off really low and plan on adding additional weight very gradually (71year old woman). Large busted women may need to go up a size.

Yes, thin, comfortable & high performance

After looking at the Pro I decided to get more bang for my buck with the Hyper Vest Elite. As I get stronger, I like that I can add more weight. Ibought this primarily to help get stronger, shed a few more pounds, and maintain bone density.

I started with the vest loaded as it came on my usual 3.5 mile walk, ascending 600 feet. I work out 5-6 days a week and am fairly fit. It was a challenge, but doable. If I was a beginner, I would start with lower weights and shorter walk.

I got a medium after contacting support for advice. I was in between sizes on the chart. It is definitely snug, but comfortable I think the large would have been too big . I am 62 years old, 5' 6", Bust 39", waist 36", Hips 39". I have a few pounds yet to loose, so it should fit better.

It is very well constructed, especially the weight pockets. I definitely work up a sweat but my tank or wicking shirts absorb it and so far the vest stays dry, but it is fall and cooler weather.

Wearing this on walks & around the house should help me be ready to wear my scuba gear and strengthen my legs for my trip St. Lucia next month. Wish I would have got it sooner!
